Terms of Service

Welcome to Open House Partners. By booking our services, purchasing any placement or subscription plan, or interacting with our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Open House Partners offers professional open house sign placement services, including:

  • Placement and pickup of 18+ directional signs
  • Use of company-provided signs or agent-supplied signs
  • Secure storage of agent signs (optional plan)
  • Photo confirmation and placement mapping

All services are limited to designated service areas within North County San Diego and surrounding neighborhoods unless otherwise approved.

2. Payments and Pricing

All services require full payment in advance through our booking platform or Stripe checkout.

One-Time Services:

  • Pricing is clearly displayed on our website and checkout pages.
  • Payments are non-refundable once placement has been completed.

Subscriptions:

  • Monthly storage plans are billed automatically every 30 days.
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing via your selected payment method.
  • You may cancel your storage plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

3. Agent Sign Storage

Agents enrolled in our sign storage plan are responsible for ensuring signs are delivered to Open House Partners for onboarding.
Stored signs remain the property of the agent. We are not responsible for damage due to wear, weather, or third-party interference.

Failure to pay storage fees may result in removal or forfeiture of stored signs after 30 days of nonpayment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sign placement cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled service to receive credit toward a future placement.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding:

  • Property address
  • Date and time of open house
  • Access instructions, if applicable

For agent-provided signs, failure to provide access to signs on the scheduled day may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Service Area Limitations

We currently serve North County San Diego (including Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Encinitas, and nearby areas).
Requests outside of this area may be subject to additional fees or declined based on availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Open House Partners is not liable for:

  • Signs removed, stolen, or damaged during public placement
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or access issues
  • Loss of opportunity or income related to your open house

We will make every reasonable effort to perform services as scheduled and communicate in case of disruptions.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the most current version, which will be posted at www.openhousepartners.com/terms.
