Open House Partners ("OHP," "we," "us") places and picks up open house directional signs for real estate agents in North County San Diego, California. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, booking form, text messages, email and payments, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, cell phone number, email address and brokerage.
• Booking details: the open house address, date and hours, sign count and riders, pickup and return addresses, gate or access instructions, sign rules you tell us about, and an event-day contact.
• Your sign inventory: counts, labels, condition notes and photos of signs, frames and flags we store or place for you.
• Placement records: photos and times of placed and retrieved signs, which we send you as proof of service.
• Payment records: what you bought, amounts and dates. Card payments are handled by Stripe and Venmo. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages and feedback: texts, emails and survey answers you send us.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to receive texts, with the date, time and wording you agreed to.
• Technical data: when you send the booking form, our server records your IP address and browser type to block spam. The form also saves an unsent draft in your own browser so you don't lose your work; that draft never leaves your device unless you send it.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell ads on our website.

How we use it

• To review, confirm, schedule and carry out your bookings, including routing drivers and placing and retrieving signs.
• To keep track of signs and equipment in our care.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, photo reports, pickup confirmations, receipts and membership notices.
• To bill memberships and single events, and to keep accounting and tax records.
• To answer questions, handle problems and improve our service.
• To send occasional offers to members and customers who agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To protect our business, our customers and the public, and to follow the law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We share only what's needed with service providers that help us run OHP, and only to provide our service to you:

• Stripe and Venmo, to process payments.
• Brevo and the mobile carriers, to deliver our emails and text messages.
• Hostinger, which hosts our website, booking form and driver app.
• Google, which stores our email and business records.
• Web3Forms, which delivers our feedback survey.
• OHP drivers, who see only the booking details needed to place and retrieve your signs.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. Placement photos may show the property and signs; we don't post your branding, listing or photos publicly without your permission.

None of this sharing includes text messaging opt-in data or consent. That stays with OHP and the providers that deliver the messages to you.

Text messages

If you check the text message box on our booking form, you agree to receive texts from Open House Partners about your bookings and membership, such as confirmations, reminders, "signs are out" photo reports, pickup confirmations, credit and renewal reminders, and occasional member offers.

• Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 8 messages a month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

We use your number only to text you about OHP. See our SMS Terms for the full program details.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message, or tell us, and we'll stop texting you.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We'll still send emails about bookings and payments you've made.
• See, correct or delete your information: email us. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records, such as payments and tax records, we have to keep for the time the law requires.
• Do Not Track: our website doesn't track you across other sites, so it doesn't change behavior based on browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep it

We keep booking, inventory and placement records while you're a customer and for up to 7 years after for accounting, tax and legal reasons. We keep text message consent records for at least 4 years. Unsent booking drafts stay only in your browser.

Security

Our website and booking form use encrypted connections (HTTPS), office tools need a login, and gate codes and access details go only to the driver on your route. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us passwords or full financial account numbers.

Children

Our service is for real estate professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we'll also let current customers know by email or text.
